Samphire House is set above 10 acres of ancient woodland through which a path leads to the beach at Crackington Haven. Dry stonewalls line the driveway and there is ample parking. Samphire House is only a five minute drive to the family beach at Crackington Haven.

The main entrance is at first floor level leading into a huge open plan kitchen/sitting room and dining area with a high beamed vaulted ceiling and dramatic green bisque radiators 'splashed' on the walls and a balcony overlooking stunning countryside views. Perfect for a dinner party of Champagne and canapés! The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, iron and ironing board. For al fresco dining, there is also a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.

The sitting area has large, deep sofas, a wealth of books and a wide screen television, DVD and freeview. French windows line the front of the house and lead to the balcony overlooking the spectacular views - an ideal place for sunbathing or for watching the stunning sun rise over the valley as you enjoy your breakfast.

Two bedrooms lead off from this area at either end separated by a closet for maximum privacy. One room has a double Victorian style iron bed and ensuite shower and w.c. The other room has a double and single Victorian style iron bed and ensuite shower and bathroom with w.c. Each room has large French windows - ideal for watching the stars as you lie in bed at night. The night sky is breathtaking here especially when there is a full moon.

Slate stairs lead to the leisure room which has comfortable sofas with a TV and video. This is a pleasant room to relax in. French windows in the leisure room open on to the pool.

Two further bedrooms lead from the leisure room:

One double with ensuite shower and w.c. and French windows overlooking a slate back courtyard. The other ensuite with a double and a single Victorian style iron bed with French windows overlooking the pool.
