Parma ham with minted citrus salad and Cointreau

Trevigues free range sausage meat and pistachio terrine served with crispy melba toast

Smoked salmon locally smoked at Tregida sitting on a beetroot rosti with a vodka and horseradish crème fraiche

Roasted vegetables served with gnocchi and a home made pesto

Trevigue’s Loin of free range pork with an apricot and prune stuffing sitting of a bed of celeriac mash served with a light sherry jus

Spinach and ricotta canelloni topped with a fresh cherry tomato

Devon chicken breast wrapped in Trevigue’s dry cure bacon served with a orange segment and avocado salad

Trevigue’s free-range South Devon beef slowly simmered with red wine and port served with soured cream and caramelised red onions

Pan fried hake sitting on a bed of fresh cherry tomato relish with thyme and coriander
